As
Heritage tabs are printed on clear plastic, white ink is used to provide
a background for the type. The horizontal and
vertical rules serve as self-alignment guides to make the tabs easy to apply.
As a result, the minimum number of colors is two: white for the
background, another color for the type and rules. Additional colors
can be introduced to highlight main categories or make the tabs aesthetically
consistent with the cover of your reference book. Although we can print
up to eight total colors, please note that the total number of colors used
affects the price of your tab set, especially if your production quantity
is low. |
